【摘要】:ThistestmethodforthechemicalanalysisofnickelalloysisprimarilyintendedtotestmaterialforcompliancewithspecificationssuchasthoseunderjurisdictionofASTMCommitteeB02.Itmayalsobeusedtotestcompliancewithotherspecificationsthatarecompatiblewiththetestmethod.Itisassumedthatallwhousethistestmethodwillbetrainedanalystscapableofperformingcommonlaboratoryproceduresskillfullyandsafely,andthattheworkwillbeperformedinaproperlyequippedlaboratory.Thisisaperformance-basedtestmethodthatreliesmoreonthedemonstratedqualityofthetestresultthanonstrictadherencetospecificproceduralsteps.Itisexpectedthatlaboratoriesusingthistestmethodwillpreparetheirownworkinstructions.Theseworkinstructionswillincludedetailedoperatinginstructionsforthespecificlaboratory,thespecificreferencematerialsemployed,andperformanceacceptancecriteria.Itisalsoexpectedthat,whenapplicable,eachlaboratorywillparticipateinproficiencytestprograms,suchasdescribedinPracticeE2027,andthattheresultsfromtheparticipatinglaboratorywillbesatisfactory.1.1Thistestmethoddescribestheinductivelycoupledplasmaatomicemissionspectrometricanalysisofnickelalloys,suchasspecifiedbyCommitteeB02,andhavingchemicalcompositionswithinthefollowinglimits:ElementApplicationRange(%)Aluminum
