【摘要】:ThispartofISO7919givesguidelinesforapplyingevaluationcriteriaforshaftvibrationmeasuredat,orcloseto,thebearingsofmachinesormachinesetsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplantsundernormaloperatingconditions.Theseguidelinesarepresentedintermsofbothsteady-staterunningvibrationandanyamplitudechangesthatcanoccurinthesesteadyvibrationvalues.NOTE1Thenumericalvaluesspecifiedarenotintendedtoserveastheonlybasisforvibrationevaluationsince,ingeneral,thevibratoryconditionofamachineisassessedbyconsiderationofboththeshaftvibrationandtheassociatedstructuralvibration(seeISO7919-1andISO10816-1).ThispartofISO7919isapplicabletomachinesormachinesetsinhydraulicpowergeneratingandpumpingplantswherethehydraulicmachineshavespeedsfrom60r/minto1800r/min,shell-orshoe-typesleevebearings,andmainenginepowerofatleast1MW.Thepositionoftheshaftlinecanbevertical,horizontaloratanarbitraryanglebetweenthesetwodirections.MachinesetscoveredbythispartofISO7919includeacombinationof--hydraulicturbinesandgenerators,--pumpsandelectricalmachinesoperatingasmotors,--pump-turbinesandmotor-generators,and--hydraulicturbines,pumpsandmotor-generators(classicpump-storagemachinesets),includingauxiliaryequipment(e.g.startingturbinesorexciterslyingintheshaftline).ThispartofISO7919isalsoapplicabletoturbinesorpumpsconnectedtogeneratorsorelectricalmotorsviagearsand/orradiallyflexiblecouplings.NOTE2Electricalmachineswithspeedsbetween1000drainand1800r/minareevaluatedaccordingtothecriteriaspecifiedinISO7919-3.ThispartofISO7919isnotapplicableto--pumpsinthermalpowerplantsorindustrialinstallations(forthesemachines,seeISO7919-3),--hydraulicmachinesormachinesetshavingrollingelementbearings,or--hydraulicmachineswithwater-lubricatedbearings.
