【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesasimplemethodofmeasurementofresonancefrequencyandresonanceresistanceofquartzcrystalunitsanddescribesasuitablemeasuringnetwork.Themeasuringmethodandthenetworkaresuitableforuseoverthefrequencyrange1MHzto200MHzwithafractionalfrequencyaccuracyoftheorderof10withareproducibilityof10to10dependingonthetypeofcrystalunitbeingmeasured,andanaccuracyofthemeasurementofresonanceresistanceof±2%to±5%dependingontheaccuracyofthevoltagemeasurement.However,aboveapproximately100MHztheuseofthismeasuringmethodislimitedbytheeffectsoftheshuntcapacitanceC0ofthecrystalunitundertest.Toenablethemeasuringmethodtobeusedundertheseconditions,theuseofsomemethodofC0compensationisadvisable.AmethodofC0compensationwillbeissuedinIECPublication444-3asanIECreport.NOTEThemodificationstothemeasuringsystemandnetworkcontainedinthisstandardhavebeenintroducedtoensurethattheclaimscontainedwithinitareachievable.Theydonot,however,invalidatethenetworkproducedaccordingtothefirsteditionThesenetworksarestillacceptableasaninternationalstandardmethodofmeasurementofresonancefrequencyfxandresonanceresistanceRr.IfthereferenceresistorsdescribedinthestandardareslightlymodifiedtoallowinsertionintonetworksmanufacturedaccordingtothefirsteditionofPublication444thentheproblemofobtainingsatisfactoryreferenceresistorsissolved.
